Barceló Group was established in 1931 by Simón Barceló in the island of Majorca (Spain) and employs at present more than 26,000 people staff.

Staff

The hotel division employs more than 24,000 staff and the travel division nearly 1,000. This means that at the end of 2010 the Majorcan group was directly responsible for more than 25,000 jobs worldwide.
