Requisitos: •Previous experience in areas of Training and Development of a company or specialized consultancy.
•Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
•Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
•Proven ability to master the full training cycle
•Adequate knowledge of learning management software
•Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
•Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI
•Sound decision making and organisational skills
•Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
•Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
•BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
• Proficiency level of English (essential).


Minimum requirements

Especialista en rendimiento y optimización con, al menos, 3 años de experiencia en las funciones descritas.

  • Conocimiento de sector turístico.
  • Conocimiento de desarrollo de front y WCF/JS.
  • Experiencia en programación .NET.
  • Experiencia en tunning de BBDD SQL Server.
  • Capacidad de generar y completar documentación técnica.
  • Capacidad de diseño y definición de arquitectura técnicas.
  • Experiencia en uso de herramientas de APM.
