• Supervise conditions and cleanliness of the entire complex, including Royal Beach Mall and outdoor areas
• Plan the work of the department, set targets, assign tasks and schedule work force according to occupancy of the hotel
• Supervise the work methods, use of materials and products
• Deal with guest requests
• Control cost of the department, managing available human resources and materials
• Manage and motivate the team
• Quality control for the service provided, adapting to the guests’ needs and expectations
• Establish standard work methods to carry out daily activities with the goal to achieve the desired quality results with financial efficiency
• Know, implement and require from subordinates the effective implementation of the standard of service and maintenance of hotel rooms, common rooms, bathrooms and more
• Provide training on technical and operational characteristics of tools and equipment
• Coordinate with Reception, Maintenance and other departments to ensure the timely preparation of hotel rooms
• Monitor the condition of the rooms and request repair and maintenance from the Maintenance department, check if repairs are carried out as quickly as necessary
• Prepare budgets, reports, statements and analyzes for the activities of the departments
• Prepare stock inventories of supplies and materials, and place orders to the Purchasing Manager to always ensure optimum stock
• Control quantity and quality of external laundry services, control cost of services

Requisitos mínimos

We are looking for a responsible and organized person, willing to develop a solid career with us. The requirements are the following:
• Experience in similar position in 4* or 5* hotel
• Languagues: communicate well in your mother tongue as well as in at least one foreign language.
