4. We treat your facilities as if they were ours. That is why we allocate between 3% and 4% of income to investment in CAPEX.

- Own channel. Our main channel, where you will get greater profitability. It is made up of Barcelo.com and our Contact Centre which, combining multiple communication channels, supports more than 50 markets in 10 languages.

 

- Third-party online channels. Strategic partners that help us increase RevPar (revenue per available room) and increase visibility on third-party websites (Billboard effect).

 

- Tour operation. Benefit from our bargaining power with strong partners in each market and segment.

 

- Additional income. Increase the average ticket by offering complementary services through our Barceló Experiences platform and the Nor1 ancillaries programme (by Oracle).

 

- Revenue Management. Our tool uses artificial intelligence to offer the best available rate in order to maximise production and profitability in all channels.

 

We apply our know-how to improve processes in a large number of business areas through our specialised tools and programmes. Energy efficiency, standardisation of processes and optimisation of resources, among others.

 

- Energy efficiency. The B-Ecology programme will allow you to generate energy savings and reduce the environmental impact.

 

- Standards and processes. Apply our standards and processes to optimise costs, improve your operational processes and maximise the performance of all operational areas of your hotel.

 

- Purchasing and logistics. We cover all operational needs, providing access to the best products and services, and promoting local and proximity consumption whenever possible.
